Lipikar, a dedicated range
Choose the Lipikar texture for your atopic skin
Sensitive and dry skin
Which skin care product and gentle lipikar product should you choose?
Focus on the Balm AP and the Syndet or Cleansing Oil: these high tolerance products have undergone special tests to ensure greater safety.
CHILD / ADULT
During itching and scratching phases, or in cases of extreme skin dryness, Baume AP helps repair the skin barrier and reduces itching and scratching.
During remission, people with dry skin can choose between the fresh and light texture of the Gel-fluid or the more rich and creamy Body Milk, allowing them to use these products alternately according to the needs of the day or year.
Light or creamy: the choice of cleansing product is a question of personal preference. Good to know: Syndet and the oil are best suited to intolerant skin (reduced risk of reaction).
The Surgras (ultra-moisturizing) product enriched with 10% concentrated lipid-replenishing components helps restore the skin barrier when still in the shower.
25 years' experience in treating atopic dry skin
La Roche-Posay created LIPIKAR 25 years ago. This range of body products for dry skin in adults and children has proved effective in a number of clinical trials, making it a market leader in emollient products.
Tolerance and effectiveness: our priorities
No compromise on tolerance
La Roche-Posay is recommended by 25,000 dermatologists worldwide for good reason: 100% of Lipikar products are hypoallergenic and tested on allergic, atopic or reactive skins under dermatological control. A single reaction means the product goes back to reformulation
High scale cosmetovigilence
The ongoing analysis of consumer feedback is carried out by a team of doctors using a database updated in real time across 26 countries.
Consistently proven efficiency
Over 600 epidemiological and observational clinical studies were conducted by the end of 2010.
Only the essentials, in order to produce a safer product
As always, ingredients and preservatives are kept to the bare minimum.
Innovations in packaging reduce the need for preservatives. Packaging materials which are in contact with their product are specifically chosen for being innocuous (no migration of additives, Bisphenol A, Phthalates or heavy metals).
