Elasticity

The skin’s elasticity is guaranteed by nerves, blood and lymphatic vessels, and by a network of fibrous tissues that run across the dermis. Smoking, the sun and female hormones damage the elasticity of the skin, which stretches and gradually becomes thinner with age.
