Nails that break or bend

Nails that break or bend easily are due to fragile nail structure. The various layers of keratin that comprise the nail break down or fragment for different reasons: use of nail clippers or scissors, inappropriate cosmetic products, repeated exposure to detergents, food deficiency, prolonged immersion in water, etc.
