Sun capital

Sun capital can be likened to a reservoir from which one drinks every time the skin is exposed to the sun. It allows you to fight the effects of a particular quantity of ultraviolet rays throughout your life. When this capital has been exhausted, skin can no longer protect itself from the sun's ferocity and damaged cells no longer repair themselves.
